The most efficient way to install OnlyOffice is via the Ubuntu snap store. Open the Software application and search for OnlyOffice.
As you can see in the image above there are two choices for OnlyOffice. The server version will install all the collaboration tools. You should click on the editors version to get the applications to open Office documents.
Click install and application will start the installation process once you have entered your system password.
